Mary Whitcomb
Broker
As a Madison native, Mary grew up on the north side. She and her husband met while attending the UW-Madison and working as wait staff at the Edgewater Hotel. Forty-four years later they're the parents of three, the grandparents of eight, and reside in the Town of Middleton. Before real estate, Mary owned a fabric store, was an educator and authored a one-hit-wonder children's book, Odd Velvet.
Mary's strength as a realtor is her straight forward approach, her ability to problem solve and her patience. The sale or purchase of a home involves many moving parts and Mary 'loves the challenge of bringing everything together, successfully.'
