Price

It's normal to want the most money possible for your home. But pricing aggressively is not necessarily the best way to achieve that goal. Years of experience has taught us that pricing a home accurately to attract multiple bidders leads to quicker sales at better prices.   

Preparing your home

A home that is clean, decluttered and staged will sell faster, for a better price. 

We go through room by room with our clients and create a to-do list to help your home show it's best. We don't usually recommend expensive or major changes, but focus on your belongings and how best to arrange them. 

Timing

Although the Madison area has become a year round destination, February through June is still the time of year that more inventory is available and more buyers are out looking. Listing your home during these months will likely generate the highest number of buyers willing to pay the most for your home.
